1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering, accessing, or using SliceHosting services, you agree to these terms and any related policies referenced from the website or client area. If you do not agree, you should not place an order or continue using the service.
2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and to manage any content, software, or server activity run through your account.
3. Service Provisioning
SliceHosting aims to provision services promptly after successful payment and verification. Provisioning times may vary due to fraud review, stock levels, platform maintenance, or customer-requested customizations.
4. Payments, Renewals, and Billing
Services are billed in advance. You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and renewal fees by the due date. Failure to pay may result in suspension, service interruption, or data removal in accordance with the billing cycle displayed in the client area.
Where applicable, refund eligibility and the 24-hour request window are described in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SliceHosting services for unlawful activity, abusive network behavior, malware distribution, phishing, unauthorized access attempts, or content that materially threatens the stability, safety, or reputation of the network.
- Do not attempt to bypass service limits or interfere with shared infrastructure.
- Do not host malicious code, spam operations, or illegal content.
- Do not use the platform in a way that disrupts other customers.
6. Suspension and Termination
SliceHosting may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, abuse complaints, legal requests, or urgent security risks. Where reasonable, notice may be provided, but immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the platform or other customers.
7. Backups and Customer Data
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your purchased plan, you remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your files, databases, and server content. SliceHosting is not a substitute for your own backup workflow.
8. Support Scope
Support covers reasonable assistance related to service availability, billing, base provisioning, and platform-level issues. Application-level configuration, advanced code debugging, or third-party plugin troubleshooting may be handled on a best-effort basis and may not be included in all plans.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SliceHosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability, if any, will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
10. Changes to These Terms
SliceHosting may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
