Refund requests for eligible new services must be submitted within 24 hours of the original order activation time. Requests submitted after this window may be denied unless required by applicable law.
2. Eligible Orders
The refund policy is intended for first-time purchases of standard Minecraft hosting or VPS plans where the customer is dissatisfied early in the service period and the request is made within the 24-hour window.
- New customer first-time service orders may be considered.
- Standard self-serve hosting plans are the most likely to qualify.
- The service must not be under abuse investigation or policy enforcement.
3. Exclusions
Some products and payment situations are commonly excluded from refund eligibility because they involve consumed resources, fraud risk, third-party fees, or non-reversible provisioning costs.
- Renewals, extensions, and recurring invoices.
- Upgrades, add-ons, migrations, or custom setup work already performed.
- Dedicated IPs, software licenses, domain-related services, or other third-party billable items.
- Accounts suspended for abuse, spam, fraud, chargeback risk, or terms violations.
4. How To Request a Refund
Customers should open a billing ticket in the SliceHosting client area and include the service name, invoice number, and a short explanation of the issue. Email can be used for follow-up, but the client area remains the preferred request channel.

5. Processing and Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, SliceHosting will usually initiate it through the original payment route used for the order. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider, bank, gateway, or UPI settlement path.
- Internal review may take up to 1 to 3 business days.
- Final receipt timing depends on the payment provider.
- Gateway or bank delays may sit outside SliceHosting control.
6. Abuse Prevention
To protect the platform, SliceHosting may decline refund requests from repeat abuse patterns, multiple trial-style orders, identity mismatches, suspicious payment behavior, or customers attempting to exploit the refund policy after heavy resource usage.
7. Relationship to Terms of Service
This refund policy should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, SliceHosting may apply the stricter rule needed for billing integrity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
